PTCI Email Customers

   
To further enhance and protect our Internet service, PTCI began requiring authentication on all outgoing email on Monday October 23rd. This helps prevent "spamming" from within our network. Customers of PTCI need to follow the attached instructions if you have not already. For example, if you use Outlook Express to send email, you will need to click on the Outlook Express link attached and follow the instructions. You should only have to do this one time. If you use the PTCI web-page and no client to send and check your e-mail, disregard this message. We have given instructions for seven of the most popular email programs and realize some of our customers may use others. The documents are in Portable Document Format (.pdf) so you will need a pdf viewer such as Adobe Acrobat to view them. If you need the viewer CLICK HERE.
